Krasnoyarsk residents were shown the installation of a new stele for the city’s anniversary

Specialists have begun installing letters on the new stele “KRASNOYARSK 400”, which will decorate the transport ring at the entrance to the city along Kalinina Street.

In photographs published by the mayor’s office, “RED” and “K” can be seen on the base.

“YARS are ready and will soon take their place,” said the UDIB. — Specialists from the inscription production workshop are working hard, paying special attention to the quality of welding and painting. To complete the project before the end of this year, the contractor brought in a second shift to ensure that every detail was completed to the highest level! The final installation of the letters is scheduled for this weekend. In addition, work is underway to install lighting, which will make the stele even more attractive and noticeable at night.”

Let us remind you thatThe stele on Kalinin was originally installed on the eve of the 2019 Universiade; it was made in the appropriate color style using white, blue, and pink colors. Then it was repainted gray, and instead of the memorable “2019” and the hashtag, the current year 2023 and the coat of arms of Krasnoyarsk were placed. Afterwards the numbers were changed to “2024” and “2025”.
