General Director of the Yenisei TGC met with enterprise teams / Society news of Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.Ru

General Director of the Yenisei TGC Oleg Bubnovsky (a division of the Siberian Generating Company in the Krasnoyarsk Territory) held a meeting with enterprise teams.

The event was held online as part of the annual project “Energotochka”. The open dialogue format gave each employee the opportunity to hear information first-hand and directly ask the manager a question of interest. At the beginning of the meeting, Oleg Bubnovsky spoke about the landmark event of the outgoing year – the completion of construction and readiness for launch of the second power unit at Krasnoyarsk CHPP-3.
In 2025, this will be the only launch in Russia of new power equipment built from scratch. The power unit almost doubled the station's capacity. Its installed electrical capacity is 185 MW, and its thermal capacity is 270 Gcal/h. This is enough to illuminate half of the city with a population of one million and provide heat to 450 new multi-storey buildings, which will give impetus to the development of the south-eastern regions of Krasnoyarsk. The energy of the unit will serve not only the regional capital, but also the whole of Siberia.
Thanks to the high professionalism of our specialists, the project was implemented in the shortest possible time, in just four years. About 1.5 thousand engineers and workers from all over Russia were involved in its construction. The second power unit is a striking example of new energy based on environmental solutions. At the same time, the station will operate an electric precipitator with a cleaning efficiency of more than 99%, a cooling tower and a dry ash removal system.
Oleg Bubnovsky also spoke in detail about another significant project for the Company and city residents – the modernization of Krasnoyarsk CHPP-1. The pace and quality of its implementation was noted at the federal level.
“The modernization of CHPP-1 will be completed in 2026. By the end of this year, 13 out of 15 electric precipitators will be operating at the station. In addition, two new boilers have been built and have already been launched there, and two turbines are being installed. The station is changing before our eyes, and State Duma deputies assessed these changes as the best and most advanced experience in Russia in creating environmentally friendly coal generation. Now we are expanding this experience to other cities where our enterprises operate,” noted Oleg Bubnovsky.
A seven-year plan for the modernization of the Nazarovskaya GRES with a total investment of about 3.3 billion rubles has already been developed and approved. It involves the installation of new gas cleaning equipment, which will reduce emissions of suspended particles by 47.2%. GRES is the main and only enterprise that provides city residents with heat and hot water. Therefore, its modernization will be carried out without stopping production.
Speaking about the future, the CEO outlined clear strategic priorities: completing the ongoing CSA-2 projects, strengthening the network infrastructure, further improving environmental efficiency and developing interaction with the population.
In parallel with technical achievements, we discussed other questions that employees asked during direct communication. The topics were varied: from personnel policy, salary levels to the Company’s development strategy. Oleg Bubnovsky gave a detailed answer on each point. He dwelt in detail on programs to support young professionals, the dynamics of salary growth and personnel training for the industry, and also noted the systematic approach to career guidance work with young people “from school” through specialized classes and the “Profkomanda.FM” program.
Special attention in the dialogue was paid to corporate culture and sports. Oleg Bubnovsky supported the initiatives of young people and noted the achievements of employees who are actively involved in sports and take part in sports competitions. This year, an ice hockey tournament was held in Krasnoyarsk, and in the summer, power engineers competed for the title of the strongest in the XII Generiad.
Concluding the broadcast, Oleg Bubnovsky thanked all the teams for their daily work and reliable provision of city residents with vital resources. He also congratulated everyone on the upcoming holidays – Energy Engineer’s Day and the New Year, wishing warmth, comfort and goodness to everyone.
