The creator of Sigma Battle, Mikhail Chertishchev, was accused of plagiarism. Vitaly Lazarev aka Dj Lavitas stated that the producer of Betsy Girl and Maria Yankovskaya stole the arrangement from him, which he wrote back in the mid-tenths.
According to Vitaly, he first heard the track about sigma four days ago. Afterwards he remembered for a long time what he reminded him of. I found correspondence from 2015–2016 with the animation film studio “Melnitsa” (“Dwarf Nose”, “Alyosha Popovich and Tugarin the Serpent”, “Dobrynya Nikitich and the Serpent Gorynych”, “Ilya Muromets and the Nightingale the Robber”), with which Chertishchev also collaborated.
Lazarev suggests that the producer then studied his work and stored it in his memory (or not). Then I slightly changed the sound and made hityaru. Dj Lavitas hopes that there was no malicious intent in this, but an aftertaste remains.
UPD. The father of Betsy girl, Mikhail Chertishchev, denied the statements of Vitaly Lazarev. And in response he accused him of trying to get hype. He also suggested that Dj Lavitas go to court.
