Sovcombank clients received access to the Avtodor Pay service, developed by Avtodor Group of Companies and the Page company

The state company Avtodor, together with the Pagen company, launched the Avtodor Pay service, which simplifies the use of road sections with a barrier-free toll system for Sovcombank clients.

The program improves the efficiency of road infrastructure and the transparency of payment for toll sections.

The service allows Sovcombank clients to connect Avtodor Pay to travel along barrier-free sections of the Avtodor highway network. Thanks to Pagen's fintech solutions and Avtodor's IT solutions, fares are paid online automatically – without additional actions on the part of the client. The state registration number of the car acts as an identifier for writing off funds for travel through toll sections. The service is available in all sections of the barrier-free environment of Avtodor, in particular, along the entire length of the Central Ring Road, M-12, as well as on the section of the toll road at the entrance to the Kerch Strait (A-289).

Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Avtodor Group of Companies Konstantin Makiev: “Thanks to the Avtodor Pay service, the process of paying for travel on barrier-free sections of the Avtodor highway network becomes purely technical, relieving motorists of unnecessary actions when making payments, and minimizing the risks of receiving fines and penalties. We strive to simplify the customer journey at all stages of interaction with users, therefore we aim to replicate the solution for clients of other banks.”

You can connect to the service in the Sovcombank mobile application: just select “Avtodor Pay”, after which you will be redirected to the Page Bank resource. The client needs to enter a minimum set of data and subscribe to write-off via SBP. Modern AI technologies, actively implemented at Sovcombank, increase the efficiency of processes and make it possible to create products focused on customer convenience and quality of service.

“We are pleased to be the first to join such a significant project. As part of the strategy, we prioritize improving the quality of service and improving payment solutions,” said Albert Boris, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sovcombank. — The project allows you to turn the state number of a car into an identifier of a payment instrument: this simplifies the payment of toll roads and is scalable for the growing automotive ecosystem of our group. The initiative with Avtodor is a logical continuation of the agreements signed at SPIEF 2025. In support of the project, we are launching a promotion for customers who have subscribed to the service – 20% cashback on the amount of monthly travel. At the start, the terms of the promotion are valid for the first 50,000 clients and will expand as the project develops. Full terms and conditions are already available on our resources.”

Today, when using toll roads, there is a time lag between the passage and the accrual of the cost. A number of third-party services offer payment with an additional commission, the amount of which is determined by them independently. If the payment deadlines are missed, the user risks receiving a fine. Avtodor Pay guarantees no hidden fees and timely payment, ensuring transparency in the use of toll roads and removing the risk of fines and penalties from the client. Information about transactions is available online in the Sovcombank mobile application.

“By implementing a partnership with Avtodor, we are creating an equidistant service for the country’s key banks, taking into account new technological opportunities in the market and customer needs,” said Pagen CEO Kirill Radchenko. — We are developing the most innovative and promising areas of the fintech sector. Thanks to the implemented solution, we were able to combine the needs of road infrastructure and create additional synergy and value, offering clients a win-win approach. This will reduce costs and the cost of car ownership, as well as increase the efficiency of using toll roads. We are launching the pilot exclusively for Sovcombank clients and we hope that they will appreciate the convenience of the service and technological approach. We are grateful to Avtodor for their trust and highly value their cooperation.”

Based on the results of the pilot project, the parties intend to scale Avtodor Pay for all key banks in the country. The next stage is the expansion of the solution to areas of the barrier environment, as well as the launch of an auto-replenishment service for transponders. At the same time, work is underway to develop an ecosystem of services for motorists.
