At the end of the game, Constantin Zotta, the refereeing specialist, emphasized the fact that at that stage there is a foul and a red card, the correct decision being elimination for the Slobozia player, Daniel Şerbănică.
“The one who sanctioned whether it's a free kick or not is the referee. He awarded a foul for FCSB. When it's a foul we see that Cisotti has no player who can intervene between him and the goalkeeper and could score. He has the ball under control, he has everything. It seems to me that the foul was given very easily. The position is a red card.
It's something, just the intensity. We know Cisotti knows how to fall, but I think he did well after that shot. There is something there with Şerbanica's left hand. He hits him. There are circumstances for the award of the free kick and then it is automatically red.
