The Shahed attack drone hit a residential high-rise building and a fire started there.
“Two casualties are known: a man received a shrapnel wound, a woman suffered carbon monoxide poisoning,” the official said.
In the morning, rescuers were still working at the site, Fedorov noted.
The State Emergency Service reports three injured, doctors treated them.
A fire occurred in four apartments on the 5th and 6th floors of a residential building.
