The first conclusions of the forensic experts, after the exhumation of Rodică Stănoiu

The preliminary results of the necropsy show that in the case of the former Minister of Justice, killed on Monday, “there is nothing to indicate a suspicion of aggression”, judicial sources told HotNews.
According to the cited sources, there are no injuries that indicate a causal link with the death of Rodică Stănoiu. These are the preliminary conclusions of the coroners, after the autopsy.
“The prosecutor of the case will decide what will happen next with the investigation, opened for manslaughter and illegal access to a computer system,” the quoted judicial sources told HotNews.
The investigation in this case is coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Ilfov Court, and Rodica Stănoiu was exhumed on Monday, by a decision of a prosecutor, for an autopsy.
The prosecutors self-reported in this case following the controversies that appeared in the public space regarding the death of Rodică Stănoiu, 86 years old.
Judicial sources quoted by TVR say that the former minister was admitted to a hospital in Bucharest a few days before her death, that she had visible traces of blows to the head and in the eye area, but also that she was discharged on the signature of her life partner.
Rodica Stănoiu died on December 3.
Starting with 1996, Rodica Stănoiu had three mandates as a senator. For four years, between 2000 and 2004, he was Minister of Justice in the Adrian Năstase Government.
