20 schoolchildren from the Krasnoyarsk Territory were selected for “Future Change 2026” in Sochi

Pupils of grades 8-11 from Krasnoyarsk, Borodino, Nazarovo, Minusinsk and Sharypovo will become participants in the educational program of the Melnichenko Foundation “Change of the Future 2026”. It will take place from January 24 to February 2, 2026 in Sochi.

This year, more than 1,000 applications were sent to the competition from different parts of Russia, from which the jury had to select only 150 finalists. It was not easy to do this – in every video business card and questionnaire one could feel the students’ desire to develop, try new things and readiness to take on challenges.

“I can’t put into words my emotions when I found out that I passed the competitive selection,” shares Maxim Berdyugin, a student of the 9th Professional Class.FM School No. 7 in Nazarovo. — Very soon I will be able to visit Sochi and take part in many exciting events that will help me in my further development. “I am very grateful to the Melnichenko Foundation for the opportunity to see my future from a new perspective and to do it in such a beautiful and wonderful place.”

The parents are also happy about this opportunity. “I still can’t believe that the child is among the leaders,” says Yulia Nikulina, a specialist in the operational shipment department of the Borodino open-pit mine, the mother of the competition leader, eighth-grader Eva. — My daughter decided to try her hand at it, we collected everything we needed and recorded a video business card. While they were waiting for the results, she solved various tasks on the “Involve” platform and took courses, even received certificates “Professional test: energy engineer”, “Professional test: laboratory assistant in chemical, chemical-technological production.” And yesterday the long-awaited notification: the results of the competitive selection! We open the list, quickly move our eyes down to the letter n, and then everything is in a fog. Tears of joy with my daughter! We called dad and family, everyone was very happy. It’s good that our children have such wonderful opportunities!”

Now boys and girls are looking forward not to the New Year holidays, but to the end of January, because the educational camp in Sochi has a lot of interesting things prepared for them: immersion in chemistry, physics and mathematics, preparation for the Unified State Exam and Unified State Exam, career guidance events, thematic quizzes on professions in the fuel and energy complex and the chemical industry, as well as many entertainment and sports events.

Ninth-grader Zhenya Guseva from Profklass.FM school No. 1 in Sharypovo last year already attended such an intensive program and admits: “This year there was not an iota of doubt, my hands reached out to fill out the application – I wanted to check how much I had grown above myself. I expect depth from the trip; I want to immerse myself even more in educational and career guidance programs and find new like-minded people. Life changed a lot after I entered the Professional Class: studying is no longer just lessons, now it is a tool for understanding how the world around us works. I have gained confidence in my future, for me this is the most valuable experience that Profklass.FM gave me.”

Over the past years, the Melnichenko Foundation has made many positive changes in the lives of high school students in the areas of responsibility of SUEK-Krasnoyarsk and SGK. In the summer, Trade Teams.FM are organized for children, where teenagers immerse themselves in the professions of miners, railway workers, and power engineers, help maintain order in cities and receive a salary for this. In Borodino, Nazarovo, Sharypovo and Minusinsk there are Professional Classes.FM, whose students study the exact sciences in depth, meet with representatives of professions in demand in production, and also receive their first professions in local secondary schools.

By the way, Borodino ninth-graders just recently successfully passed examination tests in surveying. Professional class students in industrial cities will receive state-issued certificates of assignment of a profession along with certificates of basic general education.
