The author of the blog noted that such a salad is tasty, satisfying, prepared from affordable ingredients, and looks incredibly impressive on the table.
Products
- 300 g boiled chicken fillet;
- 300 g champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 3 boiled eggs.
- 100 g hard cheese;
- mayonnaise;
- potato chips;
- olives.
Preparation
- Cut the fillet into cubes.
- Fry the mushrooms with onions, add salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets on a plate, leaving space around the edges. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a heap. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
- Separately, grate the yolks on a fine grater, and the whites on a coarse grater.
- Place the egg whites on the mushrooms and brush with mayonnaise.
- Place grated cheese on the whites and brush with mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the salad with yolks and decorate with slices of olives.
- Place chips around the edges of the salad, forming a sunflower flower.
