Massive Russian attack on Odessa. A city without electricity and access to water


“The Odessa Oblast is experiencing one of the most massive attacks from the enemy. During the night, civilian facilities and energy and industrial infrastructure were damaged. (…) According to preliminary data, two people were injured,” said Oleh Kiper, head of the Odessa regional administration.

The local Dumska portal reported that Odessa was attacked using strike drones and missiles. “Explosions rang out in various districts of the city. (…) Light, water and heat disappeared practically in the entire city,” the website reported.
After the night attacks by the Russians, parts of the Mykolaiv Oblast and the city of Mykolaiv, also in southern Ukraine, remain without electricity. Explosions were also heard in the city of Dnipro, in the east-central part of the country, and in Kryvyi Rih, in the center of the country, authorities said.
