Feyenoord received a penalty with FCSBin the 30th minute of the match at the National Arena. The “Central” changed its decision after seeing the phase again on the monitor on the edge of the pitch.
Tengstedt, the “top” of the Dutch, fell in the box after a duel with Baba Alhassan. Referee Mykola Balakin pointed to the penalty spot, but was warned by the VAR camera that he had to review the phase.
