Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can now top up transport and social cards at SberBank ATMs

Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can take advantage of a new convenient service: now it has become easier to top up a card with just a few clicks on the ATM screen.

The user selects the required service: purchasing an unlimited tariff for the number of trips (1, 15, 30 days) or topping up the balance with a certain amount. Next, enter the transport or social card number, after which payment is made using a bank card.

Step by step instructions:

  1. On the ATM screen, click on the “Pay” tab. Select the bank card payment method that suits you and follow the further instructions on the screen.

  2. In the service catalog that opens, select “Transport”, then “Transport cards and tickets”.

  3. Select the desired service provider: “Transport card, Krasnoyarsk Territory” or “Social card, Krasnoyarsk Territory”.

  4. In the window that opens, enter your card number and click the “Continue” button, check that the entered data is correct.

  5. Next, click the “Change” button to replenish your wallet or purchase an unlimited tariff for 1, 15, 30 days. When selecting “Electronic wallet”, enter the required replenishment amount through the “Change” button that appears next to the amount.

  6. Check all the information provided again and confirm the payment by clicking the “Continue” button.

  7. The transport card has been successfully replenished.

Let us remind you that from December 1, 2025, a new ticket payment system “SberTroika” began to operate in all transport of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Passengers noted the speed and convenience of the new validators and terminals. You can pay in various ways: transport, social, bank cards, as well as with a smartphone by scanning the QR code in the vehicle interior.

SberTroika is a joint IT company of Sber, the Moscow Government and the Moscow Region Government, created in 2020. The company is developing a unified ticket system based on the Moscow Troika card and sharing its successful experience with Russian regions. This is a completely domestic development, including software and card media.
