Judge Raluca Moroșan from the First Criminal Section of the Bucharest Court of Appeal caused a stir on Thursday when she spoke at the press conference organized by the court, she spoke to say that the serious irregularities reported in the Recorder documentary “Captured Justice” are true.
“I am here to support my colleague Laurentiu Beșu and to say that everything he said is true, the management is not helping us in any way, we are being terrorized with disciplinary actions. I don't want to tell you what the atmosphere is like and what a toxic and tense situation we are in, some of my colleagues agree with me”, said the judge with 26 years of experience in the judiciary.
“If it will be contradicted it is a lie”. The leadership does not help us in any way. We are terrorized,” she added.
