Marcin Wojewódka dismissed from the supervisory board of PKP Cargo

PKP SA decided to dismiss Marcin Wojewódka from the supervisory board of PKP Cargo – the company announced in a press release.

No reason for the cancellation was given.

PKP Cargo reported earlier that Marcin Wojewódka sold 91,000. 703 PKP Cargo shares at an average price of PLN 12.56 per share, and then he bought 91,000. 703 PKP Cargo shares at an average price of PLN 11.53.
