Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 100 g Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 50 g butter
Number of servings: This set of products will make about 10-15 cutlets, depending on their size.
Cooking method:
- Preparation of minced meat. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Then grind it into mince using a meat grinder or food processor.
- Adding vegetables. Peel the onion and garlic, chop them arbitrarily, and then also grind and add to the minced chicken.
- Mixing ingredients. Add salt, pepper, bread crumbs, butter and grated Mozzarella cheese to the minced meat. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.
- Forming and frying cutlets. Heat a frying pan and grease it with oil. Form the minced meat into small pucks. Fry the cutlets over medium heat on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked inside.
