Two Krasnoyarsk residents will go on trial for the murder of a young mother of a disabled child

In Krasnoyarsk, two men will appear in court for throwing a 19-year-old mother of a disabled child out of a window. The regional prosecutor's office spoke about this.

According to the supervisory authority, on a late May evening in 2025, a girl with a child in her arms was crying near a store on the street. Voronova. A 43-year-old man approached her and, having learned that she had nowhere to go, offered to spend the night in his apartment, where he lived with a neighbor.

In the apartment, he and his 61-year-old neighbor began to treat the girl with alcohol. At night there was a conflict between them. One of the men could not restrain himself and punched her in the neck area. The girl lost consciousness.

“Instead of checking her condition and calling an ambulance, the men decided to dispose of the body. They picked up the unconscious girl, put her on the windowsill and threw her out of the window,” the prosecutor’s office said.

Passers-by found a bloodied girl on the ground. An ambulance took her to the hospital, but she died from her injuries.

The prosecutor confirmed the charge of murder against the attackers (clauses “c”, “g”, part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The victim's disabled child was left alone – the accused later told the police that he allegedly found the boy on the street.

For their crime, the men face up to 20 years in prison. The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court will consider the case.
