An inadequate man beat a disabled man on the head with his own stroller and a bottle because he “stole his identity” and deceived his mother in Vladivostok
45-year-old Sergei Izmestiev is riding in a stroller. Four years ago, he fell from a height of the 15th floor while doing facade work, after which he found himself confined to a wheelchair.
The attacker, Alexander T., explained that this was revenge for the fact that the disabled person “stole his identity” by using his passport data to deceive his mother. All this time, the beaten disabled man sat covered in blood on the curb.
The police have begun an investigation and the victim is in hospital.
