The ironies come after the Minister of the Environment from USR, Diana Buzoianu, was called to the Parliament on Monday to give explanations for the water crisis in Prahova. The moment turned into a scene where the opposition parliamentarians banged on the tables demanding Diana Buzoianu's resignation.

In this contest USR Tineret published a post on Instagram on Tuesday entitled “Top 5 disasters caused by Diana Buzoianu”.

The first “disaster” mentioned by USR Youth is the fact that the minister “dried up the black sea”, and in the picture Buzoianu appears with a glass in his hand where he has “water from the former Black Sea”.

The other four “disasters” caused by Diana Buzoianu refer to George Simion and Mihai Neamțu, from AUR, but also to the fact that the Minister of the Environment “tore down the east wing of the White House” and “turned Adrian Combat Helicopter (ed.: a famous influencer among young people) into Adrian Electric Car”.

In the description of the post, those from USR Youth specify, ironically: “Vlad's resignation… (ed.: reference to Vlad Voiculescu, former Minister of Health from USR), oops Diana Buzoianu”.

Scandal in Parliament at the hearing of Diana Buzoianu. Minister's speech muffled by opposition who chanted “resignation”

Environment Minister Diana Buzoianu was met with protests on Monday when she went to Parliament to explain after 100,000 people in Dâmbovița and Prahova counties were left without drinking water as a result of the Paltinu dam works.

Although present in plenary at the invitation of the AUR, when she went to the rostrum of the Parliament those in the opposition started chanting “Resignation”, and the minister's explanations could no longer be heard in the hall.

During the meeting, the minister was also criticized by voices from the PSD, part of the governing coalition.

“I thought we wouldn't be here today, because you should have resigned,” said PSD senator Grațiela Gavrilescu. Immediately, the opposition applauded and began to shout at Buzoianu: “Resign”.

The conclusion was given by Csoma Botond, from the UDMR: “We didn't understand anything. We managed to turn the Romanian Parliament into a circus again.”
