Two-day working visit

The meeting at the Elysee Palace takes place on the second day of the two-day tour that President Nicușor Dan is carrying out in France. Yesterday, the head of state met with members of the Romanian community at the Romanian Embassy in Paris.

Tuesday began with a meeting with representatives of French economic companies and a separate meeting with the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo.

At the latter, Dominic Fritz, mayor of Timișoara and president of USR, was part of Nicușor Dan's delegation. Fritz was also part of the delegation with which Nicușor Dan went to Germany in July 2025.

The day ends with a visit to the Thales factory, one of the largest military and aerospace equipment companies in the world.
