The court confiscated a foreign car and sentenced a resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to compulsory labor for drunk driving (video)

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Shushensky District Court sentenced a local resident who got behind the wheel again while intoxicated. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In March 2025, traffic police stopped a car in Shushenskoye Honda who was driving 36 years oldth localth residentb drunk. The driver was examined by police on the spot, the result was 0.33 mg/l.

“State traffic inspectors established that the man had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for driving a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 30,000 rubles with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 1 year 6 months. However, the man decided to drive drunk again,” noted by the police.

The court found the man guilty according to Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and assigned him 300 hours of compulsory work with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 2 years 6 months. He also confiscated a Honda car for state revenue. The verdict came into force.
