Norwegian media report that an armed man appeared at the Storo Storsenter shopping center in Oslo on Monday. All people who were on the premises were evacuated. The services urge people not to approach the scene of the incident.

The police announced the arrest of a person suspected of opening fire. The Norwegian portal “Verdens Gang”, citing information from the police log, reports that the alleged perpetrator is a 19-year-old resident of Oslo.

Officers are searching the building area in search of possible victims of the incident, as well as other potential perpetrators. No injured people have been found at this time.

The police will determine whether more people were involved in the incident and whether the shooting was intentional. At this moment, there is no information about what weapon was used to open fire.

There are approximately 12 police cars at the scene. Ambulances also appeared.
