According to her, she had no intention of selling the apartment, but as a result of prolonged psychological pressure, her “will was suppressed” and her mind was “paralyzed.” As a result, the woman lost her right to own her only home.

At the same time, the buyer is trying to evict the former owner of the apartment through the court. In her claim, the pensioner asks that this demand be denied and return to the original position (keep the apartment for yourself, and the money goes to the buyer).

The first court hearing has been postponed to January 2026.

Let us remind you that cases when home owners return ownership after a sale, citing the actions of fraudsters, are called the “Valley scheme”. In August 2024, the singer sold a five-room apartment in the capital's Khamovniki to single mother Polina Lurie. She received 112 million rubles for the deal. When it became clear that Dolina had been deceived by scammers, the court returned the apartment to the artist and also ruled that she should not return the money to the buyer, who was ultimately left without real estate and without money.
