“We talked to [нелегитимным] president [РФ Владимиром] Putin, and we spoke with Ukrainian leaders, including President Zelensky. And I have to say that I am a little disappointed that President Zelensky has not yet read the proposal. This was a few hours ago,” the head of the White House told reporters.
He noted that Zelensky’s “people” like the plan, but Moscow approves of it.
“Russia, I believe, agrees with this, but I’m not sure Zelensky agrees with this,” Trump added.
