Acting Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Roman Odintsov will take temporary leadership of two village councils – Mininsky and Elitovsky. The relevant orders are published on the city hall website.
From December 10, Odintsov will begin acting as head of the Mininsky village council, and from December 16 – Elitovsky. These territories are now part of the Krasnoyarsk district.
The personnel changes are due to the fact that the powers of the current heads of village councils expire in December. In the future, when Krasnoyarsk is elected a permanent mayor, the leadership of the village councils will pass to him.
