A drunk 13-year-old Krasnoyarsk resident caused an accident in a stolen Honda and was imprisoned for 30 days (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, a 13-year-old drunk teenager stole a car and caused an accident with the victim. He was placed in a temporary detention center, the joint press service of the courts reported.

It all happened on the evening of November 22. The teenager found an unlocked Honda Avancier in the parking lot on Maerchak Street, got into it and managed to start it using his own apartment key. He drove through a red light at the intersection of Lenin and Dekabristov streets and crashed into a Lada car.

The driver of the Lada was injured and taken to the hospital. The teenager fled the scene of the accident. Later it turned out that the owner of the Honda had already reported the theft to the police. The “Web” video surveillance system recorded the movement of the car.

During the arrest, the teenager was found to be intoxicated – 0.35 mg/l. He explained that he wanted to go for a drive and return the car to its place.

The Zheleznodorozhny District Court decided to place him in a special facility for up to 30 days.
