12 explosions were heard in the industrial part of Lipetsk. According to locals, drones have also been attacking the city of Yelets since 03:30; residents hear a lot of “popping and buzzing.”
The head of the region, Igor Artamonov, previously warned about possible UAV arrivals.
UPD. A woman was injured due to falling UAV debris. She has shrapnel wounds and is in the hospital.
UPD2. According to the Ministry of Defense, air defense destroyed 83 Ukrainian drones overnight. 37 – over the Belgorod region, 12 – over Kursk and Lipetsk, three – over Kaluga, Smolensk and Voronezh, one – over Rostov.
