At seven o'clock in the morning, at the opening of the ballot boxes for the elections for the Capital City Hall, the thermometers showed three degrees and it was not raining.

According to the National Meteorological Administration, on Sunday, the day of the vote, in Bucharest “the sky will be more cloudy and light rain or drizzle will be possible, and the wind will blow weak to moderate.”

The maximum temperature will be 7-8 degrees, says the special forecast for the Capital.

Also, on Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00, the municipality of Bucharest will be under a
code yellow meteorological warning message regarding wind intensifications.
