229 deputies supported it bill No. 11377 on mass collection of personal data. The law allows collect information from all spheres of life – from medical data to the list of persons in whose interests the citizen acts. CONTROL according to the register to the “public”, although who exactly will appoint these representatives and according to which principle is unknown.
The document barely got the minimum required 229 votes, which was made possible thanks to the support, in particular, of Petro Poroshenko's faction, although the majority of opposition deputies voted against it. Law draws criticism for potential human rights violations and the threat of introduction mass digital surveillance and control.
