The ceremony of exchanging documents signed following the Russian-Qatari negotiations is taking place at these moments. Earlier today, Vladimir Putin spoke with the Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who arrived in Moscow on an official visit. The main thing from the meeting:
— The Emir of Qatar told the President that he greatly values the level of relations with Russia. He also touched upon the topic of investment cooperation, including in the healthcare sector.
