Director detained in Krasnoyarsk “Transport logistics center» Andrei Avgustinovich, TASS reports with reference to law enforcement agencies.
He was arrested on December 3 in a fraud case. There are no details or official comments from law enforcement agencies yet.
Let us remind you that “Transport Logistics Center» (CTL) is the customer for the construction of the metro in Krasnoyarsk. The state-owned enterprise is also involved in a paid parking project in Krasnoyarsk. EHe also owns the airfield infrastructure of Krasnoyarsk International Airport.
Updated 11:30: The joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported that Andrei Avgustinovich was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention until January 27, 2026.
The head of TsTL is suspected of fraud (Part 4 Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to investigators, he entered into a criminal conspiracy with other persons in order to fraudulently acquire the right to someone else's property. As a result of the group’s activities, the Krasnoyarsk Territory suffered damage in the amount of at least 2 billion rubles.
