Promotion terms and rewards
New bank customers (more information about customer status at the end of the article) should start applying for rewards by submitting an application for a card via THIS LINK. Theoretically, there is time to apply for a loan until January 12, 2026but pay attention to the designated one limit of contracts concluded under this promotion. It is 500 and once it is achieved, the bank may end the promotional campaign early.

Deadline for handing over the prizes
Information about meeting the conditions required to receive the award should be expected by the end of the month following the month in which the requirements were met. This confirmation will be available on the Citibank website.
All prizes will be transferred within 45 days of receiving information about their award. The Airpods will be sent to the mailing address provided in the credit card application, and the points in the loyalty program will be credited to the program account.

How much does the Citi Simplicity card cost?
PLN 0 is the fee for servicing the Citi Simplicity card for the first 12 months of use. Exemption from the monthly fee for this period is included in the pool of bonuses for new customers.
The standard card service rate, which applies outside the promotion period, is PLN 12 per month. This is a conditional fee that can be avoided after completing a transaction in a given month for an amount of min. PLN 1,000.
Advantages of a credit card
A credit card may be a useful and financially beneficial banking product for some customers, but not for others. People who are well organized, have no problems with settling their obligations and approach money responsibly will not forget to repay the used limit during the so-called grace periodwhich will allow you to avoid interest. Interest-free period, i.e. the one mentioned grace period, is a maximum of 56 days.
Failure to repay the debt will result in the need to pay interest in accordance with the applicable interest rate. The current APR is 19.01%. It is easy to imagine that people who do not control their expenses and treat money carelessly may run into financial problems. For them, getting a credit card may not be a good choice.

What does Citi Simplicity offer?
Citi Simplicity credit card holders can benefit from a number of additional services and amenities. These include, among others: mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Blik), loyalty and discount programs or the possibility of purchasing tickets for some Live Nation concerts available in pre-sale.
Moreover, the bank allows you to take out a loan within the granted card limit, which can be repaid in installments. Any transaction for an amount of min. PLN 100 can be divided into up to 60 installments (APR for repayment in installments is 16.07%).
What else is worth knowing?
- “Music for your ears with a Citibank Credit Card” is an offer that will be available to new customers of the bank and people who did not have any main credit card with Citi Handlowy after November 1, 2024. Persons with non-resident foreign exchange status and citizens or tax residents of the United States of America are excluded from the promotion.
- If you have PESEL number protection enabled, deactivate it while submitting the application and concluding the contract for the Citi Simplicity card.
- Remember to have an active card on the day of transferring the prize – this is one of the conditions for receiving it.
