Police of the Krasnoyarsk Territory quickly caught a 46-year-old man who attacked a 35-year-old female cashier in a village pavilion Bely Yar, Achinsk region.

The crime was committed on December 4 in the afternoon. The attacker arrived at the outlet by car, chose a time when there were no customers there and went inside with a package containing a crowbar. He asked the saleswoman to serve bread from the bottom shelf and, waiting for her to turn her back to him, attacked her. The victim managed to escape and ask for help. She was hospitalized with various bruise injuries.

The man took about 15 thousand rubles from the cash register and left in a Toyota Carina. The orientation was transmitted to all police and Russian Guard crews. It turned out that the car was already wanted in the Novosibirsk region. Thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement officers on the R-255 Siberia federal highway, the attacker was detained.

“The man was taken to the police department, where he confessed. During a personal search, stolen money was seized from him. It was also established that in the Novosibirsk region he committed several property crimes, including theft of a car in which he arrived in Achinsk,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A criminal case was opened against the previously repeatedly convicted attacker under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery committed with the use of an object used as a weapon”, the sanction of which implies up to 10 years of imprisonment.
