The Social Fund has assigned a child benefit to a Krasnoyarsk disabled person at a reduced amount

In Krasnoyarsk, the court ordered the Social Fund compensate a disabled father for underpayments for two minor children.

The man complained about the violation to the prosecutor's office. He said that the OSFR in the region assigned benefits for the birth and upbringing of children at an underestimated amount. It turned out that when calculating the average per capita family income, officials mistakenly took into account compensation for housing and communal services as 80 thousand rubles, while the actual amount was only 29 thousand rubles.

“This error significantly reduced payments to a needy family. NDespite the father’s repeated requests for supporting certificates, the fund refused to recalculate, ignoring the documents and depriving the children of the required support. The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit, demanding to recover from the OSFR the underpaid funds for the entire period. The court fully satisfied him and ruled in favor of the family. The execution of the judicial act is under control,” the prosecutor’s office said.
