The camel donated to the Krasnoyarsk “Swarm Stream” caught the eye of the local male

In the Krasnoyarsk flora and fauna park “Roev Ruchey” they told how the new resident is feeling – the white camel Rada, donated by the Barnaul Zoo for the 25th anniversary of the park.

Rada arrived at the park in the fall, successfully passed quarantine and now lives in a neighboring enclosure with male Zhenya. The camels have already met and are spending time together.

Employees observe mutual sympathy between animals and talk about the possible development of relationships. In the future they may give birth to offspring.

Guests of the park can see new pets and observe their behavior on the upper alley, where ungulates are kept.

A gift from the Moscow Zoo – a Welsh sheep – will also soon move into the enclosure.
