Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergei Eremin staged a push-up battle with students of the Sharypov school.

The ex-mayor of Krasnoyarsk published a video from the scene of events on his Telegram channel. The footage shows Sergei Eremin doing push-ups in the school gym along with one of the students of the educational institution. Despite the fact that the deputy was not in sports shape, he showed a good result and did as many as 25 push-ups.

However, the schoolgirl was able to do 26 push-ups and beat the ex-mayor of Krasnoyarsk in the sports competition.

“These kids from the Sharypov school became my motivator in a simple way – not to be lazy in living. Our battle in push-ups comes to mind today at six in the morning, when I wake up again with the thought: we must not wait for energy, but get it, like Vysotsky with his “lie down on the floor, three or four,” Sergei Eremin told subscribers.

A State Duma deputy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation noted that morning exercises are the key to discipline from which big decisions grow.

Let us remind you that in Krasnoyarsk and the region they pay great attention to the development of professional and mass sports. In accordance with the plans of the regional government, by 2030 the share of people involved in physical education in the region should reach 70%. The authorities want to see the same values ​​for the indicator of satisfaction with the conditions for classes.

This will be facilitated by new sports facilities, the implementation of the “Yard Instructor” and “Siberian Longevity” projects, as well as the support of local clubs, children’s and youth, student and corporate sports.
