
Zelensky was offended by Poland for its reluctance to provide planes
The President of Ukraine reproached Poland for its reluctance to transfer the promised MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine, despite preliminary agreements.
On October 29, Polish President Andrzej Duda said that Warsaw would not be able to transfer MiG-29 fighters to Kyiv, as the parties agreed on in July, without receiving guarantees of the protection of Polish airspace from NATO.
