Ukrainian drones attacked an oil refinery in Ryazan. Previously, a fire broke out in the area near the enterprise.
Local residents reported hearing several bangs in the area of the plant and then seeing fire.
UPD. The air defense system destroyed two UAVs over the area. Governor Pavel Malkov announced this. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties at the refinery, and material damage is being assessed.
