Mini-pizza according to this recipe turns out delicious, soft with incredibly crispy sides.
Products for dough
- 275 g flour;
- 160 g water;
- 10 g butter;
- 6 g dry yeast;
- 1 tsp. Sahara;
- a pinch of salt.
Filling ingredients
- 180 g sausage;
- 150 g cottage cheese;
- 60 g pickled cucumbers;
- 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- 3 tbsp. l. ketchup.
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a container and knead the dough. Cover it with film and leave it for one hour to rise.
- Divide the dough into six equal parts.
- Roll out each piece and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Lubricate the preparations with mayonnaise and ketchup. Place the filling.
- Cover the baking sheet with cling film and leave for 30 minutes for the dough to rise again.
- Brush the sides of the pizza with beaten egg.
- Bake the pizza for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C.
