Everything you need: a glass of water, a teaspoon of regular food gelatin, a teaspoon of lemon juice or ascorbic acid powder.
How to make a drink with gelatin?
Pour gelatin with water and wait a little for it to swell, and then add lemon juice or vitamin C. The acid will help the gelatin to be better absorbed.
How often do you drink gelatin?
The expert recommends drinking it every morning on an empty stomach – about an hour before breakfast. Within a month, the changes will become noticeable: your nails will stop breaking and peeling, and will look well-groomed and neat.
And besides, the joints will crack less, the hair will become shiny and strong, and the skin will tighten and become fresher.
