The Pro-Tok plant of transformer substations and high-voltage equipment was visited by students of grades 7-8 of Krasnoyarsk school No. 144.

The educational institution is a participant in the “Schools – Associated Partners of Sirius” project. In the fall of 2025, the Pro-Tok company joined the project as a technology partner.

Among the key objectives of the project, implemented under the auspices of the Sirius Educational Center, is the development of design thinking and interest in science and research among schoolchildren. The guys solve real cases that are prepared for them by partner companies of the project.

For Pro-Tok, schoolchildren are optimizing warehouse operations – issuing components for assembling electrical equipment. They came to the plant to see how production was organized, how processes were organized, take photos and videos of processes, and ask questions to employees.

Already in February 2026, the guys plan to offer Pro-Tok several optimization options: from organizational changes to warehouse automation. Students and teachers of the Aerospace University will help them in their project work. M. F. Reshetnyova.

“I have long come to the conclusion that employee training is a full-fledged business process that needs to be dealt with systematically and carefully. If today a child sees how real production works, asks questions and offers solutions, tomorrow he will become the one who will change the industry,” says Anna Zhiratkova, director of the Pro-Tok company.

“We thank the company for the real case, for the opportunity to see everything with our own eyes. Complex modern production was presented to us in a simple and accessible way, so that every schoolchild could understand how the technological chain works. We hope our suggestions will be useful to you,” said Olga Valdman, teacher of project activities.
