A store employee will be able to earn money at Aldi from PLN 5,700 to PLN 6,450 grossand the store manager – depending on seniority and experience – will be able to count on remuneration from PLN 7,850 to PLN 9,350.
Currently, Aldi sellers' salaries range from PLN 5,360 to PLN 6,110. A store manager can earn from PLN 7,510 to PLN 9,010.
At the same time, the company maintains a system of regular seniority increases, which enables further salary increases in subsequent years of employment, Aldi assures.
Also raises for warehouse workers
The chain is also introducing price increases in distribution centers. The salaries of warehouse workers in the chain's distribution centers range from PLN 5,700 to PLN 6,300 gross. Additionally, in addition to the basic salary, picking employees can count on bonuses of up to PLN 2,500 gross per month.

From January 2026, all network employees will receive monthly top-ups of PLN 400 to prepaid cards, which they can use for daily purchases in the company's stores. The company additionally rewards employees through an employee referral program and anniversary awards.
