One of the youngest deputy governors in Russia was detained in the Ryazan region. Previously, for a bribe of 17 million rubles when concluding investment contracts in local technology parks.
A couple of days before this, 30-year-old Artyom Nikitin submitted his resignation letter of his own free will. According to preliminary data, for money he helped businessmen win a tender at an auction.
According to one version, testimony against Nikitin was given by the former governor of the Ryazan region, Nikolai Lyubimov, who is now in a pre-trial detention center on suspicion of taking a bribe.
