Criticized more and more often by Dinamo's supporters, but also by the club's management, Stipe Perica (30 years old) declared that he is not thinking about leaving the team and that he focuses on every match to give his best.

After the match won by Dinamo against Oțelul Galați, score 1-0, in which the Croatian striker was introduced on the field in the 68th minute, Perica declared that he still has a contract with the team for another year and a half, and his focus is only on the performance of the team and not at all on the departure in the next mercato period.

Stipe Perica is not thinking about leaving Dinamo: “It's not nice to be criticized”

“It was a difficult match for us, I didn't play in the first half, but I saw a compact opponent with very good players. I'm glad we won in the end. I'm better now, I train normally, I try to give 100% every time. At the beginning of the summer I had a back injury, and in the last game I suffered a muscle tear, but I recovered in 7 days.

I expected more this season, I missed many opportunities. I was also unlucky, both with Craiova and Cluj, I hit the bar. That's part of the game, I'm glad I got a chance.

For example, today I wasn't happy that I didn't have chances to score. Any striker who is present on the pitch scores once out of 3 chances. I'm trying to get my rhythm back and score as often as I can.

First of all, I am not affected by the media, by the fans. It's not nice to be criticized, but that's part of a footballer's life. People who come to see us pay for tickets, sometimes they get frustrated. It's part of my job, I try to be fair and 100%. I still have a year and a half left on my contract, now I'm only focusing on the match with Farul.

I have a normal relationship with the coach, as I have had since day one. I'm not looking for a team, I still have a contract here, I'm not thinking about next year or the next mercato period. I focus every day on giving 100% and scoring goals,” said Stipe Perica, on Digi Sport's “Footbal Club” show.
