November 29 17:40

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has prohibited large retail chains from unjustifiably raising prices before the New Year. Among the retailers that received the warning are Magnit, O'Key, Lenta, Metro and Pyaterochka.

As Sibnovosti.ru writes with reference to the department, if signs of unfair actions are detected, antimonopoly response measures will be taken.

Particular attention is paid to periods of increased consumer demand.
