The employment service has filled the staffing needs of a leading enterprise in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

This year, with the assistance of the regional employment service, the Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant employed over 300 qualified workers, which amounts to 80% of the enterprise’s total personnel needs.

In total, 6 thousand employees were attracted to work in priority sectors in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

With the help of the Personnel Center “Work of Russia”, Krasmash filled the positions of engineers, mechanics, milling operators and turners. Candidates were selected at job fairs, guaranteed interviews, from among applicants who posted their resumes on the Russian Jobs portal.

“The employment service helps enterprises in priority industries find both line personnel and representatives of rare professions. We are searching for candidates throughout the region. If necessary, we organize relocation to the place of work for in-demand specialists under the national project “Personnel” and the state program “Promotion of Employment,” said Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The priority ones include 32 enterprises of the military-industrial complex – these are high-tech industries, organizations in the metallurgical, nuclear, space industries, mining industries, as well as machine-building and oil refineries. Thanks to the employment service, they hired 6 thousand workers this year.

The approaches of the regional employment service to staffing defense industry enterprises are highly appreciated by federal experts. This year, the corresponding project won the All-Russian competition of professional skills in the field of employment, which is held by the Russian Ministry of Labor.

Currently, enterprises in priority sectors of the economy require more than 1.2 thousand specialists. Vacancies are available on the digital service “Personnel for the Defense Industrial Complex” on the Interactive portal of the Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

It should be noted that in total in 2025, over 27 thousand residents of the region will be employed with the assistance of the employment service. Since the beginning of the year, 11.5 thousand employers have placed over 155 thousand job offers. Today, about 37 thousand vacancies are available for job seekers. Many are aimed at specialists in the manufacturing industry, construction, agriculture and forestry.
