In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police proved the guilt of a man suspected of organizing illegal migration. This was reported in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
In 2024, employees of the unit on the migration of the police of the Boguchansky district, together with employees from the FSB in the region in the territory of the wood processing enterprise, identified a team of foreigners who lived and worked there.
Law enforcement officers found that the director of the company managed the enterprise nominally, in fact, on the spot, all issues on the organization of the enterprise were carried out by a 43-year-old foreign citizen.
“In order to avoid downtime, as well as in order to reduce the costs of passing medical records and paying for patents, the accused attracted the labor activities of migrants of infrareds, provided them with housing and created all the conditions for the illegal stay of foreigners in a stranger to them,” the police said
In relation to a 43-year-old man, a criminal case under Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Organization of illegal migration.” The court sentenced a foreign citizen a sentence of 2 years and 3 months of imprisonment with a term of a term in a general regime colony.
