The Bank of Russia has identified signs of a financial pyramid in the activities of JURAN HUAGE BIOENGINEERING LLC (Lemon Mall, Lemon Mall). Information about this is included in the warning list of the Bank of Russia.
As the bank’s press service said, the organizers of the project, on behalf of the Huage company, call for investment in the creation of the Lemon Mall marketplace and promise participants high returns. However, the company does not carry out the declared investment activities, and therefore cannot guarantee income.
The project is based on the principles of network marketing. In order to enter it, you need to make a preliminary contribution and attract new participants. They promise a so-called referral bonus (payment from the funds of the attracted participant) and lifetime passive income from the project. At the same time, they propose to transfer funds to the project under the guise of payment “for cosmetic products.” The company does not enter into any agreements with citizens to raise money. Communication with clients is carried out via Telegram.
The Bank of Russia urges consumers of financial services to be careful when choosing a financial company and never interact with illegal immigrants. You can check whether a financial organization operates legally or not on the Bank of Russia website.
“The situation with Lemon Mall is an example of a modern financial pyramid that masquerades as a promising IT business,” said Sergei Zhuravlev, manager of the Krasnoyarsk Branch of the Bank of Russia. “The use of instant messengers and the absence of any official documents make it difficult for citizens to verify the legitimacy of the project, and for law enforcement agencies to stop its activities at an early stage. The only purpose of such a scheme is to redistribute the money of new investors into the pockets of the organizers. We once again urge Krasnoyarsk residents to be vigilant: before investing, be sure to check the company on the Bank of Russia website. Remember that high returns are always associated with high risks, and in the case of pyramids, with almost one hundred percent loss of funds.”
