Most of the supporters have already arrived in the country, and from the airport they were picked up by coaches or charter flights specially made available by the club. Local authorities have already announced additional public order measures to manage the influx of fans and ensure the match goes ahead safely.

The German club has prepared a complete package for supporters traveling to Romania, at the price of 529 euros. The offer includes the charter flight Frankfurt – Craiova – Frankfurt, the ticket to the match, but also the transport between the airport and the stadium.
“The package is available at the price of 529 EUR. Up to two travel packages can be booked per person. Single tickets cost €11, are personalized and will be sent in a separate email for organizational reasons.
The travel package for the match in Craiova, organized by Mainz 05 in collaboration with Liga Travel, includes return flights from Frankfurt to Craiova on a direct charter flight (departure on Thursday, November 27 at 8:00 a.m., arrival on November 28 estimated at 5:10 a.m.).
The package also includes a match ticket, bus transfers between MEWA ARENA and Frankfurt Airport and between Craiova Airport, the city center and the stadium. Afterwards, transfers to the stadium will be provided and after the match, buses will take Mainz 05 fans straight back to the airport“, it is stated in the press release from Mainz.

Mainz supporters will not come to Banie just for football. In the presentation of the travel package, the German club “lures” its own fans with one of the city's most popular attractions: the Craiova Christmas Market.
“Upon arrival in Craiova, fans will have time to explore the city and possibly visit the famous Christmas market, which opens at noon“, wrote those from Mainz.

The supporters of Mainz who chose the official package for the trip to Craiova will not have time to rest after the duel at “Ion Oblemenco”. The return flight to Germany is scheduled for Friday morning at 05:10, just a few hours after the final whistle of the game.
