More than 20 Russians are stuck at Tbilisi airport. They say: two hours before departure to Moscow they changed the plane and many simply did not have enough space.
Red Wings flight WZ-560 was scheduled to depart today at 13:50. But upon check-in, it turned out that the board had been changed to a smaller one. Because of this, many did not have enough space.
According to compatriots, Red Wings representatives just shrug their shoulders and say that there are no other flights for today. They also offer to return the money, but do not give any specifics.
UPD. Red Wings claims that they are ready to return the money, reissue tickets and send passengers home a little later. Hotel and food are also on site. Airline representatives work with people on site to provide all necessary services.
