The Romanian returns to the country with a substantial amount, even though he only played 14 minutes. It was on October 9, when his team beat Toronto FC 2-0.
Jackpot for Alexandru Băluță after the failed experience in the USA
Baluță was registered with LAFC from August 2025. He accepted a salary of 30,000 euros per month, and his contract will expire in January 2026.
The former football player from FCSB will return to Romania richer by 120,000 euros, taking into account the fact that he will still be legitimized for the next 30 days.
If Băluță had convinced LA FC to extend his deal due at the end of 2025, Băluță would have been remunerated with 360,000 euros per year.
Baluță earned 20,000 euros per month at FCSB. He entered the collimator of boss Gigi Becali and did not continue in Romania.
The good part for the former Romanian international is that he will enter the MLS Re-Entry Draft, where other MLS teams could select him for next season. Clubs will choose according to their positions in the most recent season's standings.
